300 Challenge

10 exercises, do 30 reps each as fast as you can
  • Jack Squats
  • Supergirl
  • Back Lunge w/knee up - left
  • Back Lunge w/knee up - right
  • Push Up w/Cross tummy toe touch
  • Burpees
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Jump Lunges
  • Floor Jacks
  • Jump Knee Tuck
