Oct 28 - Nov 2

Monday - 1:58 center plank, didn't do handstand. Rush Funplex I swung from the trapeze swing 4 times, that was fun. Climbing out of the foam pit was a workout!
Tuesday - First thing after woke up: 1:58 center plank. At 7:00:
.5 mile treadmill walk / Lying Tricep extensions 20x 2/10, 20x 2/15, 20x 2/20
.5 walk / Back rows - 20x 2/20, 20x 2/25, 20x 2/30
30 second handstand
Wednesday - 2:08 plank,  shoveled snow
Thursday - 2:10 plank
Friday - 1:48 plank, 7:15 am - 40 min walk, 2.25 miles. 55 second handstand
Saturday - nothing

Oct 21 - 27

Monday - nothing. Spent yesterday at Primary hospital with Peter who has croup, got back home at 2 pm today. I didn't indulge in any junk food even though there was a lot at the Ronald McDonald room. Diet is on track even though exercise isn't
Tuesday - one 30 sec handstand, mostly been a recovery day and attending to Peter as he recovers. A new low with weight - 140.0
Wednesday - one 1:30 center plank, 35 second handstand
Thursday - 2.5 mile walk outside, did 250 walking lunges during it, and a 50 second handstand this afternoon! 1:34 center plank on hands, 50 sec handstand
Friday - 1:41 center plank, 52 sec handstand
Saturday -1:46 center plank, 42 sec handstand

Oct 14 - 19

Monday - 2.5 mile morning walk, and 2 Wonderful flows
Tuesday - hikes the Y - 3 miles total over 2 hours, and I'm gonna count it as a bicep and chest workout too, cause I carried Peter most of the time. Mel held him a little bit when he was asleep, but if he was awake he wanted me.
Wednesday - nothing
Thursday - stretching this morning as I read my scriptures
Friday - 2.5 mile walk outside at 9 pm - Corey and kids were gone all day in Park City and I've just been on full time Peter duty. I was able to go on a walk when Beka came and took Peter to play at hour house for a bit, thanks Beka!
Saturday - nothing

Oct 7 - 12

Monday - 2 Wonderful flows, 3 center planks on hands, over 60 sec each
Tuesday - 50 min treadmill walk - 3 miles
Wednesday - 30 min jog/walk, 2.3
Thursday - light stretching in the morning, short hike with little kids
Friday - stretching in the AM, very short walk in the mountains with kids
Saturday - light stretching as I read in the AM, then throughout the day I did:
60x bicep curls with 2/12, 1 min center plank on hands
60x tricep extensions with 2/12, 1 min center plank on hands
60x shoulder press with 2/12, 1 min center plank on hands
60x back fly with 2/12, 1 min plank on hands
60x chest fly with 2/12

Sep 30 - Oct 6

Monday - Peter is waking up in the morning the past few days, so I have been falling back asleep as I feed him. Control what you can control - did 2 Wonderful flows at the girls violin lesson
Tuesday - 2 mile walk/sprint on treadmill in 29:10, four 60 sec sprints
Wednesday - 60x upward shoulder press with 2/12, 15 push ups on toes
Thursday - 3 miles, 45 minutes
Friday - 2.6 miles, 40 minutes
Saturday - 2.6 miles, 40 min, with 200 walking lunges
