Sep 26 - Oct 1

Monday - Older kids didn't have school, so Corey and I went to Corner Canyon, parked at Potato Hill, did Ann's west, 5.98 miles, 54 minutes

Tuesday - Feeling super restless and frustrated today, some distracted eating

Wednesday - LCC 1st bridge and back, plus stretching

Thursday - stretching and wheel 70 seconds

Friday - Elementary kids didn't have school, so Corey and I went on a ride up the canyon: 93 minutes, 1488 elevation, 11 miles

Saturday - bike ride this morning in Corner Canyon - did Rush, BST, Rattler, Ghost and 2xRush (6.16 miles, 950 elevation, 64 min), plus a few handstands and lots of stretching during the day.

Sept 19 - 24

Monday - Thursday - stretching, can hold a 70 second wheel

Friday - Older kids didn't have school, so Corey and I let Abi get the elementary kids out the door and we went together for a ride in Corner Canyon, Anns and Ghost with extra Rush loop, 6.9 miles, 1 hour 5 min

Saturday - Evening ride up the canyon, Corey picked me up at the top, 5.34 miles, 1360 elevation gain, 1 hour

Sep 12 - 17

Monday - LCC loop plus stretching, no PRs. Not feeling at the top of my game right now, even before the ride where I didn't get any PRs

Tuesday - 30 min of stretching, plus wheel, current goal for a while is going to be trying to get my back flexible. 

Wednesday - 30 min of stretching

Thursday - stretching

Friday - quick ride to the Quarry and back, 4.66 miles, 25 minutes stretch

Saturday - Ride in Corner Canyon, Anns and Ghost

Sep 5 - 10

Monday - Labor Day = no school = Mel is home = Corey and I went on a ride together! We went to Corner Canyon and did Coyote TH to Anns to Ghost. 1 hour. Got 6 PRs - Clarks to Potato Hill Climb 11:56, Half Ann 12:34, etc. I don't know what those sections are unless I click the link on Strava, but they've got it all mapped out and keep track of it for me. Good job me for getting 6 PRs.

Tuesday - stretching

Wednesday - stretching

Thursday - short ride to Quail Hollow. Only 4.72, 29:40. Coming up the hill was a good challenge, but other than that, it's too little time in the trees, most of it was neighborhoods and pavement.

Friday - handstands with Natalie

Saturday - Corner Canyon yay, left at 6:20, was on the hill at 6:50. 6.72 miles plus an extra loop of Rush the end. 68 minutes.
