May 27 - Jun 1

Monday - 2 Wonerful flows Day 3 - III
Tuesday - 2.26 mile walk, lovely morning, super good mood. 2 Wonderful flows, 30 sec pull up hold, feeling so good and happy today, is it cause of no sugar? Day 4 - IIII
Wednesday - 2.26 mile walk, did 100 walking lunges during walk, it was a lovely morning, in a good mood again! Day 5 - IIII
Thursday - Walk up to Bell Canyon Reservoir with Iveth at 6am, lovely day! Day 6 - IIII I (day isn't over, but I know I'm gonna be sugar free today, in the zone).
Friday - Hike Little Cottonwood Trail with Iveth.
It is heavenly in these mountains! After a sugar free date night I was done with day 7 and officially one week of no sugar, I still feel so great! Day 7 - IIII II 
Saturday Day 8 - IIII III 
Sunday - Left to for family trip today,  drove to St. George. Day 9 - IIII IIII

May 20 - 25

Monday - 6 am - 2 Wonderful flows
Tuesday - 10:30pm - 100x seated shoulder press 2/12, 100x bicep 2/12, lying tricep extensions 2/12, 100x on tummy back Y out and in with 2/5
Wednesday - nothing, but I did do two blog posts on the family blog, yay. I am so ready for summer break
Thursday - 7 am walk - 2.26 miles in 37 minutes. Last day for school for MEHW, Mel graduation today. Ate treats
Friday - I feel a weight off of my shoulders with the older kids done with school. Date night at Chuck A Rama, had desserts, going to restart Holly's Sugar free challenge tomorrow. For exercise did 20 reps clean and press 2/12, 20 reps clean and press 2/15
Saturday - 2 Wonderful flows, 30 sec letdown. Started for real with Holly's Sugar Free Me Challenge - I'm going to tally them up to see my success streak - Day 1 = I
Sunday - weight yesterday morning, 155.2, this morning 151.8 Day 2 - II

May 13 - 18

Monday - 2 Warrior flows, trying to get food back on track after letting it slide this weekend with Mother's Day. Mindset right now isn't where it needs to be.
Tuesday - Peter is 4 months old. 2.12 mile walk at 6:15 am, 32 minutes
Wednesday - nothing, cleaned a lot with Iveth, life feels so busy right now, we're almost through the school year. ate awesome though (grab and go veggies all day) 21 day sugar free challenge with EJC starts tomorrow
Thursday - 2 W flows, 30 chest press with 2/12, 30 tricep extensions with 2/12, 30 straight arm tricep with 1/12. I had a dream I was eating carmel popcorn and ice cream drumsticks and messed up on the sugar free challenge on day 1, glad it was a dream
Friday - 1.75 miles in 27 minutes on treadmill, included four 1 minute sprints... haven't done those for a while.  2 Wonderful flows at 10 pm
Saturday - nothing

May 6 - 11

Monday - 6:20 am - 2 Wonderful warrior flows
AM weight - 155.8, 4 pounds lower than last week!
AM measurements: bust 41 (-1) waist 38 (-2) bottom of hips 43 (-1) left thigh 25 (-.5) right thigh 24.5 (-.5)
Lots of house cleaning today with Iveth.
Tuesday - 2 W flows, 25 min jog, 2 mile loop, then during evening 30 release push ups, 30 squats with 2/15
Wednesday - 2 W flows, 2 hours scrubbing kitchen grout with Iveth, 30 tricep extensions with 2/12, 30 laying with straight arms overhead with 1/12, broom stretchs
Thursday - 2 W flows
Friday - 2 W flows, 2,12 mile walk/jog outside on loop
Saturday - 2 W Flows, 30 release push ups

Apr 29 - May 4

Monday - Birthday yesterday, seems like a good time to start a resolution, so "43 is gonna be my best year yet!" I'm starting some kinda goal, not sure - I'm going to eat 90%-100% non processed, and especially focusing on greens - trying to get in 5-10 servings of greens, then veggies and some fruit. I am in the zone with eating. 160 lbs this morning, took measurements for myself -
 - bust 42, waist 40, bottom of hips 44, left thigh 25.5, right 25
I'm ready to commit to being vegan, it doesn't feel hard right, so I might not have anymore shrimp on date nights. This morning - 2+ mile walk around block - 7 laps pushing Peter in stroller. 2 Wonderful flows with Owen and Daniel
Tuesday - 157 this morning, 6 laps - 2 mile walk pushing Peter in stroller. 2 Wonderful flows, eating was great, said yes to some Ben N Jerry's non Dairy - late birthday ice cream treat
Wednesday - 156.4 this morning, carpool twice, so didn't get a walk in. 30 reps of chest press with 2/15. Haven't done a lot of resistance yet this week.
Thursday -155.6 this morning! Go go, keep eating clean and letting those healthy greens escort the bad stuff out. 2.25 jog around loop, 2 Wonderful flows, ate awesome today again, Had a head of celery for breakfast with hummus, kale for lunch, (kale is kinda like paper, but it doesn't make me gag. I've had some every day this week, go me)
Shake - blueberries, banana, almond milk, and kale, yummy haha
(not yummy, but yes clean and healthy!) Green beans and hummus for dinner, and a arugula/tomato/kalamata olive/hummus salad, dates and pecans for dessert. And I had one small piece of toast from the heel of bread.
Friday - 2.10 mile walk, 35 minutes
Saturday - 2 wonderful flows
