Feb 18 - 23 (Peter is 5 weeks old)

Monday - Peter is 5 weeks old. Spent a night away last night for our anniversary. I'm not feeling in the zone. Today I just shoveled the driveway, and did ten 20 second holds on the pull up bar, starting to toughen up my hands and work my way up to pull ups again
Tuesday - Happy Anniversary to us. I walked 1 mile on the treadmill this morning in 15:28, then 2 hours of night skiing at Brighton tonight. Very cold (zero degrees!) but it was good.
Wednesday - TEN 10 second let downs, I was shaking but I was able to hold a few at the top, most of them I was holding my best with arms at 90 degrees
Thursday - My knees have been hurting for a few weeks, not when I jogged but when I got up and down the stairs and when I get off the couch after feeding Peter (it's a real sink into it couch) So just did treadmill walk again, 40 minutes, 2.35 miles
Friday - About 20 minutes of random upperbody moves with 2/12 lbs in my closet, trying to get a burn. Watched a free online masterclass by Sculpted Vegan. I like it
Saturday - Requested a free gym plan from the Sculpted Vegan (may refer to it in future as just SV) Modified one of her Friday workout to make it at home - 3 times each exercise with 12 reps of each
  1. Chest Fly on ball with 2/8
  2. Double Bent Over Row, 2/25
  3. Seated Shoulder Lat Raises 2/8
  4. Dumbbell Hammer Curls 2/15
  5. Tricep Dips with 1/20 dmbl on lap
  6. Bulgarian Split Squat
  7. Glute Kick Backs Alternating
  8. Reverse Crunch
Also did 10 thirty second hangs on the pull up bar. So, I think I might join Vasa next week, thinking about it. Kim said to do it in the masterclass webinar. But will I be able to make it to the gym with Peter? Thinking about it...

Feb 11 - 16 (Peter is 4 weeks old)

Monday -  I shoveled snow this morning for 35 minutes. Broke a good sweat there, then did 3 miles on the treadmill, about half and half jogging and walking with a few sprints. Got interrupted a few times, was 40 minutes total. Weight at noon - 155.6, yay, new low
Tuesday - I've had sick kids for two weeks but today it was a bit harder cause the toddlers got it - fevers and throwing up - so all that plus a nursing newborn = I didn't get to working out today. I'm gonna give myself a break today, my eating has been awesome.
Wednesday - 2 Wonderful flows, then wake up kids, then 1 mile run in 9:12, then kids to school, then two more miles walking, finished 2 miles in 33:52
Thursday - Nothing, doh! Eating was spot on. Nursing lots and when Peter was asleep I was gone for 3 hours driving Eth to his sax lesson in Orem
Friday - Blah, not much, 10 min of stretching (2 wonderful flows) after midnight. I feel like I'm just nursing Peter all day
Saturday - 2 wonderful flows in the morning, feeling frustrated with life right now.

Feb 4 - 9 (Peter is 3 weeks old!)

Monday - Little Peter is 3 weeks old today.
Did 3 miles - first mile was a timed mile, did it in 9:26, not bad. (About killed me tho) Then got kids off to school, back to treadmill to walk for 2 miles with a few more sprints for 30 minutes. Did a total of four 60 sec sprints. Weight 158.6, up from last week
Tuesday - 7:30 pm did Holly's January 2019 Workout A -
Warm Up:
 - Toy Soldiers 10x ea
 - Knee Hugs 5x ea
 - Deluxe Spiderman 5x ea
8 Minute EMOM
 - Goblet Squat 5x (1/30 lb dumbbell)
 - 1 Leg RDL – Row 5x (2/12 dumbbells)
rest 1 minute
10 Minute EMOM
 - Swing Clean Push Press (2/15 lbs)
 - Box Jumps 10x (I don't have a box, so I did 180 floor jumps, 2 jumps turn back and return to front = 1x)
4 min sizzler - 30 sec each - plank side to side walks, plank with bear knees
8 minute Cooldown
Wednesday - 1:30 pm - 3 miles on treadmill - total time 38:30. Did .5 miles in 8.30, then timed myself for a mile - did it in 9 minutes! Then jogged a little but mostly walked the rest of the time. Good sweat. I wonder if this could be my year to win the fun run? Weight after exercise 160.4
Thursday - 9 pm - I tried to do a "letdown" and could barely hold myself. So I just did ten second hangs 10x to try to start and toughen up my hands, we'll slowly work up from here to 30 sec hangs, and then maybe after I loose some weight I can do the letdowns.

11pm - Holly's January Workout B:
Warm Up:
 - Toy Soldiers 10x ea
 - Knee Hugs 5x ea
 - Deluxe Spiderman 5x ea
50/10 50 Seconds ON 10 Seconds OFF - 4 rounds for 20 minutes
 - Elevated Hip Hinge
 - 1/2 Get Up
 - Suitcase Squat
 - 4 Pt. Plank Tappers
 - Lateral Box Hop & Reach
Sizzler - hover plank with knees bent and extend
7 minute Cooldown
I didn't eat that great today, darn kids found the rice krispy treats that I had forgotten about and I ate too many. Haven't been in control, Peter's been nursing all day it feels like, I haven't been able to complete a task without being interrupted. I did get all my daily dozen, so I would have been good if I'd skipped the 8+ krispy treats
Friday - 12:30 pm - 1.27 miles in 16:55 - walking and did three 60 sec sprints. Then got a call from the school that Lily was not feeling well and needed to be picked up. (I went to pick up a kid everyday this week!) Came back home, finished 1.63 miles in 21:20, that included five more 60 sec sprints, total of 8 sprints, go me.
Saturday - busy housework day, but I didn't workout or even stretch, doh. But I'll give myself a break, cause it's hard for me to do really plan/schedule with a newborn.
Sunday - weight this morning 157.0
