My time was 19:40 - I was crankin' it out, cause the kids started to come down during my sumo squats - then another kid, they were starting to gather around me in the basement and I was worried I wouldn't finish, so I just pushed pushed fast. I did the first 10 push ups on my toes, the remaining 40 on my knees, so I think that's what helped my score a lot. The side plank lifts are killer
ReplyDeleteOk, my left knee is killing me again, I this happened last week after the 200 side plank lift challenge... so I'm guessing that those things strain my knees somehow... going to pass on those next time (if I remember)... Remember to listen to your body, right?
