ZWOW #12 - Pistol n' Dynamite

Do as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes - or - do 4 rounds for time

  • 10 Pistol Squats (alternating legs)
  • 20 Low Jacks
  • 10 Dynamite Burpees
  • 20 Low Jacks
Z's score: 4 rounds + 6 pistol squats

Pistol squats make my knees hurt super bad, so we'll see if my knees are up to it or not, if not I'll post how I modified. :)
