ZWOW #34 - Beg For It To End

This workout is a shoulder burner for sure!!

3 rounds for time, 1 round =
  • 20 Squat Hops (two 15 lb dumbells)
  • 20 Bent Over Rows (two 15 lb dumbells)
  • 20 Walking Lunges (two 15 lb dumbells)
  • 20 Plank Pulls (one 40 lb dumbell)

I did 40 lbs for all 3 rounds of the plank pulls, but I think mine slid a lot easier on the carpet than Zuzka's did on that rubber floor she was working on.
