Did 40 divebombers yesterday in about 10 minutes. Didn't have my timer with me and got a few kid interruptions. Felt a nice burn though.
My plan for next week is to definitely do:
Mon - 400 lunges
Tues - 12 minute planks
Wed - 100 deadlifts with weights
Thurs - Yoga stretching
Fri - 40 divebombers
but I hope that I'm really on the ball and will do:

Thurs - 12 minutes planks & Yoga stretching
Fri - 40 divebombers
Sat - Trice's insane workout from yesterday.
