ZWOW #21 - Ninja & Burpee Handstands

Complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 10 minutes

1 round =
  • Burpee Handstands - 5 reps
  • Ninja Jumps - 5 reps
  • Squat Side Sick - 20 reps (10 each side alternating)
