Lower Body Workout

Yesterday I did a Body-for-LIFE style workout - in that it was just lower body and I did 60 reps for each group I was working on.

Repeat the following round of exercises 3 times:
  • 20 jumping lunges w/2 15 lb. weights
  • 20 Romanian Deadlifts w/2 30 lb. weights
  • 20 slow calf raises
  • 20 quick calf burners
