Aug 15 - 20

Monday - 3 min plank challenge with Wes. I beat Wes, got to 2:12 min, then stretched and did :45 more seconds. Also handstand challenge with Natalie. She beat me.

Tuesday - went to the gym, it's been a while. Did a little bit lighter weights than last time (Jul 5).

Wednesday - morning LCC Ride, fish tail, 5.74 miles, 25:16 min, average speed 13.6, tied two of my best times, one second difference for another. Good ride, Weight after ride 160.2, almost broke into the 150's, yay. Eating better this week. trying to not give into my habit of eating when I feel frustrated or restless.

Thursday - plank off with Mel, Lily, and Wes this morning. I won. Lots of stretching today trying to turn my hips, so did figure 4 stretches, pigeon, and 90/90 stretches
