Monday - I was going to try and go to Corner Canyon early this morning, I even bought a bottle on Saturday, and I was dressed and ready to go this morning at 5:45 but I stopped and looked at my baby and I didn't want to leave her for that long. Corner Canyon will be there next year, but my newborn Kathy won't. So I snuggled with her a bit more then did LCC loop at 6:45 am 30:46. 5:38 on the approach hill was my 3rd best time, didn't beat any of my other times. 12.2 speed.
Tuesday - went to the gym first time since K was born, I tried to lift the same weights I did then, did most of it except for the Leg Extensions (I couldn't do 155lbs). All of it was hard and heavy: LAT 12x95, 10x105, 8x115, 6x125, 12x115 TRICEPS 12x60, 10x70, 8x80, 6x90, 12x80 CHEST 15x55, 10x65, 8x75, 6x85, 12x75 LEG EXTENSIONS 12x95, 10x115, 8x135, 6x135, 12x135, 12x135 pulses, walk, stretch
Wednesday - 40 sec handstand and one 10 sec letdown, can barely hold myself up, and a 20 sec hang
Thursday - LCC loop - 2nd fastest time of 29:40, not bad. See 7/7 for several PRs of 2nd and 3rd best time
Friday - nothing
Saturday - LCC loop, got 29:00!
