Monday - Quick ride this am, trying to catch up to Corey, didn't catch him but got 53 min workout in, 7.51 miles, 762 elevation
Tuesday - 2 min plank, stretching
Wednesday - stretching
Thursday - was hoping to go on a ride this am, since it's prob my last chance with Mel here, but K didn't eat during the night, so I had to stay and feed her. Only did some hip flexor stretching today
Friday - 60 sec handstand
Saturday - some stretching and Abi and I gave each other 5 min back massages. We'd like to try to wake up early to give each other brief back massages before school, would be a great self care way to start the day
