SHOULDER side raises 12x2/8, 10x2/8, 14x2/8 12x2/8, upward rows 12x2/8 CHEST 12x50, 10x55, 8x60, 6x65, 12x60 TRICEPS 12x60, 10x70, 8x80, 6x90, 12x80. Done at 9:03
