Monday - 24 weeks yesterday, weight yesterday morning 164.6. 2 wonderful flows today
Tuesday - started lower body workout but didn't finish - only did 2 rounds and then had carpool and didn't get back to it, but did increase parallel squats to 20 reps instead of 15
- 5x of jump lunge right, jump lunge left, jump squat = 1
- 20x Romanian Deadlifts 2/30
- 100x of calf raise pulses 2/30
- 20x of lower than parallel squats 2/30
- 1 min center plank on hands
2 rounds, both 3:53 time, short bike ride to neighbors house and up the street, lost my breath! 8pm - 2 With or Without You flows
Wednesday - 2 Wonderful flows at 11 pm, then a little more leg stretching
Thursday - Lower body - Was going to do 5 rounds but instead decided to just increase reps in the round. increased jump lunges from 5x to 6, also did the 20 parallel squats instead of 15 again.

1) 3:53 pause to get D breakfast, unloaded dishwasher 2) 3:39, 3) 3:47, 4) 3:39 UGh that killed me, I hate it, do I also love it? I guess I'm proud of myself after but mostly just glad its over. I think I'll go stretch
