34 weeks - cantaloupe
Monday - 2 Wonderful warrior flows in the morning. 1:30 pm walk on treadmill- 2.5 miles in 46:40. Listened to TED talks as I walked - Pat McAuley, Dr. Greger (really liked that one), and then started this one by Megan Kimble. That last one made me start to think of setting some serious New Year's Goals. I'm not going to worry about organic or buying local yet, but I do think I could be ready to be 100% plant based after being pretty much plant based this past year, so a year to warm up to it, am I ready to be hard core like Hyrum? maybe.Tuesday - 2 Wonderful warrior flows in the morning. 1:30pm - 60 reps each, doing 30 reps at lighter weight, 6 heavier, then 24 back at a lighter weight, and after 2nd group I decided to do 1 min center plank on hands after each muscle group:
- side raises - 5 lbs for first 30, then 6 with 8 lbs, then 24 with 5 lbs.
- bicep curls - 2/10 lbs, 2/15 lbs, 2/12 lbs
- center plank 1 min on hands
- seated triceps extensions - 30x 1/20 lbs, 6x 1/30, 24x 1/25
- center plank 1 min on hands
- chest - flys on swiss ball 30x 2/12, 6x 2/15, 24x 2/12
- center plank 1 min on hands (ooh, I was shaking during that one!)
- another center plank 1 min on hands (shaky during last 30 seconds again)
- back - back flys, on floor with pillow (so kinda just pulses, not so much flys) 30x 2/5, 6x 2/8lbs, 24x 2/5lbs
- center plank 1 min on hands (shaky during last whole 60 seconds)
Yay I'm done!
Wednesday - At 6:15 did 2 Wonderful Pigeon stretches, then a treadmill walk - 2.6 miles in 48 minutes according to treadmill, 2.41 miles according to phone. Yay, I did it in the morning. My bar is really low right now, just put shoes on, get on treadmill, and walk. Was a 2.9 pace most of the time. Listened to a few plant based videos and finished off with Dude Perfect Dizzy Sports Battle, that was funny.
Thursday - 2 Wonderful Pigeon flows this morning. 4 pm now, I want to do lower body, was going to do my Ioja leg workout, but I looked back and saw that I did do it last week on Monday, but didn't do my 400 lunges last week, so... 400 lunges it is. I guess I'm a little relieved. I'll push through it hard though, I'm going to time myself to keep it going quick during the rep, but taking a breather in between, I need to do fifty reps 8 times, ready go -
- First 50 - 2:31
- 2:06 ouch
- 1:55
- 2:06 Nice to know if I just hurry it's only 2 min of pain.
- 1:42 - did it to Run for Cover! then stretch until next song...
- 1:48 Tyson vs. Douglas, just two more times
- 1:53 I Can Change
- 1:37! Untangled Love, I didn't pause to walk during that last set
Friday - 3 miles this morning on treadmill, some jogging but mostly walking, I wasn't sure if the distance thing would reset on it's own, so I kept track of things along the way -
- 1 mile in 19 min, did 5.0 mile jog pace during "When you Were Young"
- 1.5 miles done at 25 min
- 4.6 mile pace during "Uncle Johnny"
- 2 miles done in 33:33
- 40 min - 2.4 miles done
- 4.5 mile pace during Mr. Brightside
- 3 miles done in 49:20
Then 2 Wonderful pigeon stretches. Weight 173.2
Saturday - 2 Wonderful warrior stretches at 4pm, then this upper body 400 - 5 rounds of 20 reps each. Did 2 rounds at 5, then went on a date, back and finished 3 more rounds at midnight.
- curl and press 2/15 (round 5 they were more like swings than curls)
- seated triceps extensions 1/30
- push ups on knees
- back rows 2/20
Done at 12:13 am. Hated the curl and press the most, followed by the push ups. Goodnight.- 1 mile in 19 min, did 5.0 mile jog pace during "When you Were Young"
