ZWOW #39

Grab a dumbbell - Z used 15 lbs, I used 25 (didn't want to go downstairs to grab a different size)

3 rounds for time, 1 round =
  • 50 side hops over dumbbell
  • 20 Spider kick outs alternate
  • 10/ea leg - back lunge knee up hops
  • 10/ea leg - static lunge one arm press up
Z's time = 12:24
My time = 10:12

Then I did a bonus of 40 divebombers right after - time 7:54
