Nice job!!My yesterday's workout also contained dive bombers. I thought I was gonna die!!! 45 reps of dive bombers and I nearly died..
great job Luca! I did it again today, I think if I always do atleast 40 divebombers a week it should keep me from loosing that strength in my arms and shoulders
