Tuesday - Bike ride at Corner Canyon 6:20 am on trail. Up Clarks, stopped one time to walk and catch my breath, down Ghost Falls but then merged onto Rush. So fun
Wednesday - Back - 12x95 10x105 8x115, 6x125, 12x115, RDL bar+50 60x (30x woo! 13x 10x 7x) Leg press 12x180, 10x200, 8x220, 6x240, 12x220 Walking lunges 120x
Thursday - Bike ride at Corner Canyon, on trail at 6:45. Up Clarks, didn't get off! down Ghost Falls and didn't merge onto Rush this time but kept going on Ghost Falls, had to walk a bit, turned back up on Canyon Hollow all the way back up to the top almost, took Brocks Trail and that to Rush through the Trees. Took one extra loop past the Silica Pit and Down Rush, so fun. Home at 9:05am. Sore from yesterday
