Monday - 2 Wonderful Flows, then treadmill walk with 4 sprints. It reset my distance and time stats after 20 min or so, so I'm not exactly sure how far I went, but I did do 4 sprints which about killed me.
Tuesday - nothing
Wednesday - skiing on the kiddie hill with Natalie and Lily, pushed a car stuck in the snow, hiked a snow hill
Thursday - tried to do Ty flow, got about half through then kids interrupted me. Feeling a bit trapped today.
Friday - nothing
Saturday - temple for initiatories this morning at 7 am. At 10 pm tonight I did 12 minutes of planks! It's been a while since I did those. I practiced violin a lot today, I love it. I want to make a doable fitness plan/goal for the new year.
