then - 5 rounds of 10 quick burpees with 15 sec rest, done in 3:25
- Laying Tricep Extensions - 20x 2/10, 20x 1/25, 20x 2/15, 20x 1/30
- Ty Flow
Tuesday - nothing. I did drink kale today though "It's like a really bitter spinach ...with hair" that's an accurate description
Wednesday - Ty flow and kale
Thursday - nothing. but did have a lot of kale again, very gray inversion day outside, feeling a bit blah and in a funk
Friday - 11:30 pm 2.24 mile /38 minute walk outside (Abi was my babysitter, she's home not feeling well today), the sun is shining!
Saturday - nothing
