Monday - 2.3 mile walk this morning before the snow came. Shoveled and snowblowed this afternoon and evening. Also 5 rounds of 10 burpees with push ups for day 1 of the EJC jump for joy challenge
Tuesday - 5 rounds of 10 quick burpees, with 15 sec rest after each round - first round was 26 seconds, total time to finish 5 rounds was 3 minutes 47 seconds
Wednesday - Ty Flow and stretching
Thursday - Happy Thanksgiving! - this morning did 5 rounds of 10 slow burpees, took me 9:25, then 2 miles on the treadmill, 27 minutes, did 4 one minute sprints, broke a little sweat (I haven't really broke a good sweat for months.) Then we got ready for our feast, it was fun!
Friday - snowy day, lots of shoveling
