Monday - 2 min center plank on hands
Tuesday - movement in the morning, yay I did it - 60 laying tricep extensions, 2.25 walk outside, including 250 walking lunges
Wednesday - 2.6 mile jog this morning in 26 minutes, I jogged the whole time, go me
Thursday - lifted lots of boxes, bags and bins as I moved stuff to the car to donate and to the garage for storage and went up and down the basement stairs many times
Friday - 2 mile walk, left at 5:00 am (woke up early, went to bed before 10 last night, yay. 2 Wonderful flows at 10 pm
Saturday - 50 second handstand. Super busy day - kid cleaning contest, walmart & dollar tree with Abi and 3 little kids, birthday party, dinosaur museum, Hale Theater, Temple
