Monday - Listening to Piano Guys Fight Song during my morning walk/jog, 2.21 miles in 33 minutes
Tuesday - Fight Song flow this morning while I waited for the oatmeal to cook, (I'm still working on the flow sequence) Then had the song on repeat again during this morning jog/walk, I thought I'd go outside again before the snow comes tomorrow. 2.21 miles in 45 minutes - did 250 walking lunges during the last mile home. I also raked leaves for an hour tonight
Wednesday - raked leaves for an hour this morning
Thursday - nothing
Friday - 2 mile jog, I jogged the whole time!
Saturday - great day working at home! No workout but was busy and active all day
