Monday - Peter is waking up in the morning the past few days, so I have been falling back asleep as I feed him. Control what you can control - did 2 Wonderful flows at the girls violin lesson
Tuesday - 2 mile walk/sprint on treadmill in 29:10, four 60 sec sprints
Wednesday - 60x upward shoulder press with 2/12, 15 push ups on toes
Thursday - 3 miles, 45 minutes
Friday - 2.6 miles, 40 minutes
Saturday - 2.6 miles, 40 min, with 200 walking lunges
