Monday - nothing. Spent yesterday at Primary hospital with Peter who has croup, got back home at 2 pm today. I didn't indulge in any junk food even though there was a lot at the Ronald McDonald room. Diet is on track even though exercise isn't
Tuesday - one 30 sec handstand, mostly been a recovery day and attending to Peter as he recovers. A new low with weight - 140.0
Wednesday - one 1:30 center plank, 35 second handstand
Thursday - 2.5 mile walk outside, did 250 walking lunges during it, and a 50 second handstand this afternoon! 1:34 center plank on hands, 50 sec handstand
Friday - 1:41 center plank, 52 sec handstand
Saturday -1:46 center plank, 42 sec handstand
