Monday - Busy morning taking Corey to airport, then carpool - around 2pm did the following:
60x Clean and Press with 2/12
60x Chest Fly with 2/12
60x Lying tricep extension with 2/12
60x Bent over back fly with 2/12
Tuesday - 7 am morning walk. 34 minutes, 2.24 miles
7 pm - with Wes: 100 cleaning lunges, 2 center planks on hands, 1:10, 1:30
Wednesday - nothing, Nicole and I are having weekly weigh ins with each other, gonna get serious and get these unwanted pounds off
Thursday - 2.6 miles, 38 minutes, 2 wonderful flows
Friday - 2 flows
Saturday - temple this morning, 2 wonderful flows
