Monday - 2 Wonderful flows this morning
Tuesday - 2.3 mile morning walk, 36 minutes
Wednesday - 2 Wonderful flows, 3x 60 second planks, 250 walking lunges around the house
Thursday - 2.3 mile walk (little jog too) this morning, 30 minutes. took lots of pictures of flowers and stuff...
My heart is full today, things are going great, the house is clean, we are following routines, Feeling close to the Lord, I'm loving life today!
Friday - BFL Upper Body workout this morning
- Incline Chest - 2/10, 2/15, 2/20, 2/25, 6x 2/30, 12x 2/25, Flat Press 12x 2/25
- Bicep Curls - 2/8, 2/10, 2/15, 2/20, 6x 2/25, 12x 2/20, hammer curls 12x 2/20
- Lying Tricep Extensions 2/8, 2/10, 2/15, 2/20, 0x 2/25, 12x 2/20, Tricep kickbacks 12x 2/20
- Back Rows - 2/15, 2/20, 2/25, 2/30, 12x 2/30, Lawnmower Rows 12x 1/30 each side
- Seated Shoulder press 2/8, 2/10, 2/15, 2/20, 12x 2/15, upward row 12x 2/15
Then 2 Wonderful flows
Saturday - no workout or flow, but I did go to the temple this morning. Busy day with Sophia's baptism and all the regular stuff
