Thursday - 2 Wonderful flows, 2 mile walk outside and 200 walking lunges.
Friday - BFL style standing shoulder press 2/10, 2/15, 2/20, 2/25, 24x 2/15
BFL Back rows - 2.15, 2/20, 2/25, 2/30, 24x 2/25
BFL incline chest press (aka on stairs): 2/15, 2/20, 2/25, 2/30, 21x 2/25
Bicep curls - 60x 2/12
Tricep extensions - 60x 2/12
Saturday - nothing. A usual busy Saturday plus had a bday party for Sophi.
