Tuesday - nothing. Peter is sick. I was rocking or nursing him most all day. I guess my biceps and chest got good exercise today
Wednesday - 2 Wonderful flows
Thursday - AM - 60 RDLs with 2/30, 2.61 mile walk in 54 min, PM - 60 tricep extensions with 2/12
Friday - .3 walk around the block before rain came, 2 Wonderful flows
Saturday - 2 Wonderful flows
