Monday - 6:15 am - 2.56 mile jog/walk for 33 minutes
Tuesday - 2 Wonderful flows, 200 walking lunges
Wednesday - 2 miles in 20 minutes
Thursday - 60 shoulder presses with 2/12, didn't get to the rest of the upperbody workout, doh
Friday -Nothing, leave for Colorado for niece's wedding
Saturday - 2 Wonderful flows with my little bro in hotel room
