Wednesday - 2 Wonderful flows in the morning
Thursday - 2 handstands, 30 seconds & 36 seconds
4:35 pm - 1 chin up, 2 min walk on treadmill, 1 min sprint, 2 60 sec center planks
Then started to do 3 rounds of this Mar 3rd workout:
- 10 right leg forward backward lunge with knee up
- 100 mountain climbers
- 10 left leg forward backward lunge with knee up
- 100 speed skaters
- 30 deadlifts with 2/30 lb
- 100 high knees
Friday - Did 2 Wonderful flows
Saturday - cleaned out the garage, worked hard today. 2 Wonderful flows
