Monday - 5 min flows this morning, some kayak paddling gave my shoulders a good burn up at Bear Lake, 1 chin up this evening

60 standing shoulder press with 2/12
- 10 broom stretches and 1 min center plank
60 biceps curls with 2/12
- 10 broom stretches and 1 min center plank
60 triceps curls with 2/12
- 10 broom stretches and 1 min center plank
60 lying chest fly with 2/12
- 10 broom stretches and 1 min center plank
60 back fly with 2/12
- 10 broom stretches and 1 min center plank
Wednesday - 2.3 mile walk this morning, pretty flowers
Thursday & Friday - updating this on 8/21, I can't remember what workouts/movement I did in the morning, but we went to Cowabunga bay on Friday.
