Monday - Nothing, On duty in Park City all day, left for home at 9pm with 3 little boys, Peter is still sick with a cough, runny nose, and goopy eyes
Tuesday - I was up early at 5am in the bathtub with sick Peter did, so no morning routine. 3 Chin ups today! (There were several hours in between them, but still!) Ate like a STARCH CHAMP today! I'm loving it!! 11pm - 1 min center plank on hands, Wonderful flow left leg forward, chapter 11 of 3 Nephi while I do a pigeon stretch, 1 min plank, Wonderful flow right leg forward, chapter 18 of 3 Nephi with pigeon stretch other leg, 1 min plank. Laying tricep extensions 60x with 2/10, laying straight arm tricep overhead 60x with 1/15
Wednesday - 2 chin ups in the morning, 1 almost chinup at 6pm
Thursday - Temple this morning, yay. 2 Wonderful flows
Friday - nothing
Saturday - 2 Wonderful flows, started a workout but only got 1 round into it:
.5 mile treadmill, 1 center plank, 60 RDL with 2/30
.5 treadmill, 1 center plank, 120 walking lunges but only got through 20 before Peter needed me, so that was it. Didn't get to the rest. Still broke a good sweat.
