Monday - School starts! It was a great day - 2 Wonderful flows, then
60 triceps curls with 2/12
60 standing shoulder press with 2/12
60 back fly with 2/12
60 biceps curls with 2/12
60 lying chest fly with 2/12
Tuesday - 30 minute walk/jog, 2.3 miles, then 2 Wonderful flows and 1 min center plank on hands before flow, mid flow, and after flows for total of 3 min
Wednesday - 6 am Wonderful flows, then 6:30 am - quick 20 min walk outside with 200 walking lunges, then home for 60 RDL with 2/30, then 300 quick calf pulse with 2/30 - first 100 with feet straight, then toes out, then toes in. Great productive morning, weight 144
Thursday - 37 minute walk this morning, 2.3 miles. 2 Wonderful flows, feeling great, weight back to the same at 146.
Friday - Had a few interruptions during then night, and then I woke up an hour late this morning when my alarms didn't go off, but worked after I rebooted my phone. 2 Wonderful flows at 7:20.
Saturday - 11 pm -
60 biceps curls with 2/12
60 triceps curls with 2/12
60 back fly with 2/12
60 lying chest fly with 2/12
60 standing shoulder press with 2/12
