Tuesday - Didn't want to, but spent last night in Park City, so morning routine was off. 3pm - .58 on treadmill in 8:30 min, then 1 chin up! (oh yeah) 1 chin letdown, then:
Incline Chest Press - 50x 2/12, 20x 2/15, 20x 2/20, 12x 2/25, couldn't do any 1/30
treadmill .5 in 7:25
Side raises 50x 2/3, 25x 2/5, 15x 2/8, 10x 2/10, Upward Press 15x 2/12
6:30 pm - 2 flows and 3x: center planks on hands & 10 broom/band chest stretches
Wednesday - 2 Wonderful flows
Thursday - 2 wonderful flows. Up at Park City today, I really thought I'd be able to get to the gym there... too bad
Friday - Holly's hip opener flow
Saturday - 2 wonderful flows
