Monday - 1.57 miles on the treadmill, 25 minutes, after every 5 minutes I did 50 walking lunches and 1 chin up hold, on the first round's chin up I was able to fight and pull my way all the way up!! 1st one since Peter was born. Weight 146 this morning yay, new post partum low.
Tuesday - I had some vegan ice cream and not vegan birthday cake today, happy b-day Wesley. I'm starting sugar free again tomorrow. And I'm also going to attempt to start SV again - chest, calves and core tonight at 11:50 pm -
- Incline Press 20 reps 2/12, 20x 2/12, 20x 2/15, 20x 2/20, 2/25 for 12 reps/failure
- Flat Press 20x 2/15, 20x 2/15, 20x 2/20, 2/25 13x/failure, 2/30 3x/failure
- RDL - 20x 2/30, 20x 2/30, 20x 2/30
- Calves - fast raises, toes straight 100x 2/30, toes in 100x 2/30, toes out 100x 2/30
- 2 Wonderful flows with 3x 1 min center plank on hands - shaky and hard each time!! My arms were wasted from the workout. Finished at 12:30 am
Wednesday - morning - 2 mile jog on treadmill, 2 wonderful flows, bath
Thursday - Sore from Tuesday workout, just 2 Wonderful flows
Friday - 7:30 am - 2.3 mile walk outside for 40 minutes
Saturday - 1am Sunday morning - BFL style -
Lying tricep extensions 2/10, 2/12, 2/15, 2/20, last one 2/15 for 25 reps
Bicep curls 2/10, 2/12, 2/15, 2/20, 2/15, hammer curls 2/15
Back Ts - 2/3 for 50 reps, didn't touch floor, 2/5 for 30x without touch floor, 20x without touching floor
