Monday - 1.57 miles on the treadmill, 25 minutes, after every 5 minutes I did 50 walking lunches and 1 chin up hold, on the first round's chin up I was able to fight and pull my way all the way up!! 1st one since Peter was born. Weight 146 this morning yay, new post partum low.
Tuesday - I had some vegan ice cream and not vegan birthday cake today, happy b-day Wesley. I'm starting sugar free again tomorrow. And I'm also going to attempt to start SV again - chest, calves and core tonight at 11:50 pm -

- 2 Wonderful flows with 3x 1 min center plank on hands - shaky and hard each time!! My arms were wasted from the workout. Finished at 12:30 am
Wednesday - morning - 2 mile jog on treadmill, 2 wonderful flows, bath
Thursday - Sore from Tuesday workout, just 2 Wonderful flows
Friday - 7:30 am - 2.3 mile walk outside for 40 minutes
Saturday - 1am Sunday morning - BFL style -
Lying tricep extensions 2/10, 2/12, 2/15, 2/20, last one 2/15 for 25 reps
Bicep curls 2/10, 2/12, 2/15, 2/20, 2/15, hammer curls 2/15
Back Ts - 2/3 for 50 reps, didn't touch floor, 2/5 for 30x without touch floor, 20x without touching floor

Jun 17 - 22
Monday - Nothing, oops! but I did a ton of blogging on the family blog, yay, I finished April finally and made a good chunk in May too, so that's a big WIN - that was What was Important Now for me today.
Tuesday - Walk outside, six laps around the block = 2.11 miles. Wes came with me, pushing Peter in the stroller.
Wednesday - nothing, Corey and kids headed to youth conference tonight, watching Iveth's kids so she could help Corey. Feeling a bit in a funk with life - messy house, kids are little tornadoes, I can't fight all this chaos and destruction alone!!
Thursday - nothing, doh. Not sure how I go from such a great week last week to such a downer week this week!! I haven't even had the motivation/energy/desire to stretch. I'm slogging out of bed at 9am, ugh. I did resist birthday cake today, it is Deigo's birthday (the dad)

Saturday - 9:30 am - got out of bed cause Iveth is coming at 10, did 10 min of Wonderful Stretches, plus 3 one minute center planks on hands. Eating has been spot on, did have 2 cookies today, my first treat in 4 weeks, no bad, I didn't lose control, yay.

Monday - 7 am - 1 min center plank on hands, wonderful flow right leg, 1 min center plank, Wonderful flow left leg, 1 min center plank on hands. At 2pm - 2 miles on treadmill with four 60 sec sprints, 28 minutes, after every 5 minutes I paused to go do a pull up hold and letdown (can't do a pull up yet). Today is Day 17 - IIII IIII IIII II - of no sugar! No cake, cookies, ice cream, chips, no junk, go me
Tuesday - 2 Wonderful flows with Wes, then upper body BFL workout together -

Friday - 2 mile walk and sprint on treadmill, 31 minutes, after every 6 minutes I did 50 walking lunges around the basement, and every .5 miles I did a one minutes sprint, so total 200 walking lunges and four 1 min sprints. Today at 8pm I will have completed a solid Day 21 days - IIII IIII IIII IIII I of not having any sugar. I'm really proud of myself, and I plan to continue with being more aware and mindful of my cravings and what I really want - I want calm and peace, not sugar, even though I've been in the habit of turning to sugar for so long. I'm really excited for where I am and where this is leading me! Each day I say no to sugar, I'm casting a vote for the new identity of what I want to be - fit, lean, in control, healthy.
Saturday - Happy Birthday Corey! I didn't stretch or exercise today, but I did make it sugar free through a going out to eat as a family dinner to Chuck A Rama. Everyone else kinda left sick, but I had two big salads and felt great. Go me

Monday - Traveled to Newport. Day 10 of NO SUGAR - IIII IIII

Thursday - Drive to Las Vegas. Day 13 -IIII IIII III
Friday - Day 14 -IIII IIII IIII
Saturday - Drive back Home. I didn't exercise at all this week, which was pretty disappointing. I really thought Corey and I would both be able to make it to the gym everyday. Not a realistic expectation, it was just crazy, plus my thorn in the flesh returned on Monday night for some reason and I was kinda in pain all week. Today it is almost all better though, thankfully. Next week I restart exercising in the basement. Usually I feel so fat and bloated after a vacation, probably because of all the mindless carb eating. I really feel so great though, which surprised me esp since I haven't exercised. But maybe that's what a lot of veggies and no sugar does for my body, who knew! Today was Day 15 of no sugar!!! Go me -IIII IIII IIII Midnight (actually 2 am, but we're gonna count this for Saturday): Just did three 60 sec center planks on hands. Yay, I did something!
