May 13 - 18

Monday - 2 Warrior flows, trying to get food back on track after letting it slide this weekend with Mother's Day. Mindset right now isn't where it needs to be.
Tuesday - Peter is 4 months old. 2.12 mile walk at 6:15 am, 32 minutes
Wednesday - nothing, cleaned a lot with Iveth, life feels so busy right now, we're almost through the school year. ate awesome though (grab and go veggies all day) 21 day sugar free challenge with EJC starts tomorrow
Thursday - 2 W flows, 30 chest press with 2/12, 30 tricep extensions with 2/12, 30 straight arm tricep with 1/12. I had a dream I was eating carmel popcorn and ice cream drumsticks and messed up on the sugar free challenge on day 1, glad it was a dream
Friday - 1.75 miles in 27 minutes on treadmill, included four 1 minute sprints... haven't done those for a while.  2 Wonderful flows at 10 pm
Saturday - nothing
