Apr 29 - May 4

Monday - Birthday yesterday, seems like a good time to start a resolution, so "43 is gonna be my best year yet!" I'm starting some kinda goal, not sure - I'm going to eat 90%-100% non processed, and especially focusing on greens - trying to get in 5-10 servings of greens, then veggies and some fruit. I am in the zone with eating. 160 lbs this morning, took measurements for myself -
 - bust 42, waist 40, bottom of hips 44, left thigh 25.5, right 25
I'm ready to commit to being vegan, it doesn't feel hard right, so I might not have anymore shrimp on date nights. This morning - 2+ mile walk around block - 7 laps pushing Peter in stroller. 2 Wonderful flows with Owen and Daniel
Tuesday - 157 this morning, 6 laps - 2 mile walk pushing Peter in stroller. 2 Wonderful flows, eating was great, said yes to some Ben N Jerry's non Dairy - late birthday ice cream treat
Wednesday - 156.4 this morning, carpool twice, so didn't get a walk in. 30 reps of chest press with 2/15. Haven't done a lot of resistance yet this week.
Thursday -155.6 this morning! Go go, keep eating clean and letting those healthy greens escort the bad stuff out. 2.25 jog around loop, 2 Wonderful flows, ate awesome today again, Had a head of celery for breakfast with hummus, kale for lunch, (kale is kinda like paper, but it doesn't make me gag. I've had some every day this week, go me)
Shake - blueberries, banana, almond milk, and kale, yummy haha
(not yummy, but yes clean and healthy!) Green beans and hummus for dinner, and a arugula/tomato/kalamata olive/hummus salad, dates and pecans for dessert. And I had one small piece of toast from the heel of bread.
Friday - 2.10 mile walk, 35 minutes
Saturday - 2 wonderful flows
