Tuesday - 6:15 am bouldering after temple, did a little bit of lymphatic stuff, sent Wes a workout, then .25 mile treadmill
Quick bouldering:
  • Kids area L>R & R>L
  • West wall pink V0 got it but ugh it sucks
  • Purple V2
  • Green V3 attempt
  • Pink V2 yay got it
  • Center west blue V2 nice
  • West pink V1 so freaking hard
Gotta head home, gave my palms a decent workout for 30+ min

Wednesday - 6 am - basement workout: 55 minutes, rebounding/dancing for 20, Melissa Ioja Fit Test - 
...then Trevors Instinct for 7 min. 
10:30 am - V stretch on floor using bathroom doors, I was able to touch both door frames strongly with my heels! Then followed along with this face coach video and this 1 min video to prevent wrinkles

Thursday - 1:37 pm ride to ruins, 11.02 miles, 1 hour 46 min. I got 2 local legends:
1st bridge to top & 3rd bridge to top. I'm one effort away from a few more, so I might try and do a ride again tomorrow before the winter storm comes in this weekend.

Friday - 6:10 am bouldering at Millcreek, 24 total, 18 sent, 6 attempts. Still working on that overhang Purple V3 in the OG sector.

1:30 pm ride to ruins, 38 degrees. 11.03 miles, 1 hour 55 min. 
I have done this route 22 times in the past 90 days.
I got 8 local legends!
  1. LCC Trail Climb to 2nd bridge
  2. Little C 1st Bridge
  3. Temple Quarry to Mushroomland
  4. UP! Mile 2
  5. UP! Mile 3
  6. Fastest Section Alive
  7. Little Cottonwood Descent - Lower Half
  8. Pow Plant Down
And I still have it for Red Church to Wasatch, Little Cottonwood, LCC Trail ONB w/Cool Loop on Descent1st bridge to top (got yesterday), 3rd Bridge to top (got yesterday), bird is the word, (1 more and I'll bump Aydan Moore and will take it for all athletes), DH Quarry, Techy, 

Need Little Cottonwood Road Climb - Leigh Low has 22 efforts, Strava says I need 1 more, and for Coalpit Area it says I need 3 more, weird... strava must cut out on those parts and not get reception cause I've done that every time I've done the other sections, which is 22 times. 

Saturday - 8pm top rope at Ft Union:
  • 1- NE purple 5.10b fun
  • 2- NE Blue 5.10d another fun one
  • 3- NE pink 5.10d got it! Fun
  • 4- NE yellow 5.10c one rest, felt hard
  • 5- NE black 5.11b 6 rests? HARD but I didn’t cheat
  • 6- NW pink 5.11a woo! 1 rest but no cheats!
  • 7- NW blue 5.10d 2 or 3 rest no cheats
  • 8- NW red 5.10d 2 or 3 rests no cheats, hard
