Monday - 6 am - Morning rock climb at Millcreek. 10 min sauna to warm up, then:

OG 2 purple V1 dang that was hard, Yellow V3 2 attempts, Other yellow V3 left 2 attempts, easier than the other but my palms can’t handle it, Hanging Purple V3 2 attempts, Purple V1, V0
North boulder V0, Blue V2 attempt, 10
OG black V1, purple V1, 30 min sauna
Ride at 3:48pm, 9.87 miles, 1 hour 29 min. 36 degrees, tow warmers, up to Lisa and back, 2 local legends, for UP! Mile 2 and Tempe Quarry 1st bridge to 2nd bridge Level 2.
Tuesday - Cleaning and dancing before Wes came home, then walking at the airport, then walking downtown when we went to the art museum.
Wednesday - Corey and I took Wes, Lily, Daniel and Peter climbing.

on date night noticed i have a sore throat.
Saturday - Sore throat still here, plus headache and cough. Feeling sick, tried to rest today, wanted to go climb with Wes but I should rest and try to get better.
