Jun 9 - 14

Monday - Drove up to Park City, did Armstrong and HAM, 50 min to get up to HAM, 7.27 miles, 1 hour 12 min, 8 achievements: 2 silvers 6 bronze

Tuesday - Some bouldering with Lily after her driver's ed class. Kaya wasn't working, so not sure how many I did, but I did finally get that yellow V3 in the OG sector, AND a Red V3 next to it! Yay

Wednesday - hiked from the little path from the road (before first bridge) to techy to ruins, 5.13 mile hike, 1 hour 51 min. Stretched my right shoulder. 

Thursday - morning ride at 5:45am, trailhead to ruins plus techy, 6.82 miles, 1 hour 17 min.

Friday - bouldering at 7:20 am, Did 24:
  • LIGHT WALL - Lime V2, Blue v1, Orange V3, Blue V1, Orange v3, Pink V2 (Prob shouldn’t have filed my hands)
  • CENTER EAST WALL - Orange red V1, Green V2
  • CENTER NORTH - purple V2, Green V2, Purple V1, Yellow V1
  • WEST WALL - yellow V2, Purple V1, Black V2
  • LIGHT WALL - orange V3, Pink V2, Pink V1, Blue V0, Lemon V0, Blue V1, Pink V0, Red V2 attempt, Blue V2 attempt
AND did a 4:12 min center plank and a 60 sec handstand

Saturday - I decided to go for a run this morning at 6:30. Total 3.16 miles in 35 min. 4 min walk warm up to the road, then went downhill first to try and get some momentum for feeling like I'm a runner. I didn't stop to walk at all during the 2 mile loop, which was my only goal. Strava says I got a lot of PRs - 400 meters in 1:47, .5 mile in 3:39, 1 K in 4:36, 1 mile in 8:04, 2 mile in 17:24, 5K in 35:57, all were PRs (cause I have not gone running in 3+ years, aka since I started using Strava). I already feel a stress fracture in my right foot. We'll see how it is tomorrow.
