Monday - Bouldering at Millcreek after taking Lily in for drivers ed at 7. I did 30 but it was pretty pathetic. After a few failed sends, I tried lots of V4s and V3s that I was pretty sure I wouldn't be able to do. I wanted to go on a morning ride but didn't think I'd get back in time to leave at 6:45 am. Lily is going to see if she can switch to the 9am class. That would be better for our biking goals for these next three weeks. Also did a 3 min 49 second center plank!
Tuesday - Ann's and Rush with Corey. 6.87 miles, 1 hour 2 min. We ran into a good high school friend at the beginning of our ride, Mike. He and Corey were in the same ward for a while growing up, and we did summer street hockey together back in the day. Corey and him were able to catch up as we rode along Anns. It was fun to hear them visit. Mike and his wife coach one of Alta's mountain biking teams.
He said we kept a good pace and could be coaches! Haha, maybe we can get Owen and Daniel into biking and coach them in high school? Or maybe it's not too late for Natalie and Sophi? Pretty sure we've missed the chance with Lily and Abi.Did a double header when Nicole called as she was on a walk, so I went on a ride from 3-4:45 pm up to the ruins. 11.36 miles. Talked to Nicole for like 40 min, then listened to this Mindy Pelz on youtube and started a water fast. Started fasting at noon.
Wednesday - Temple session this morning with Corey. Bouldering at Ft Union with Lily at 1:30 pm, 39 minutes, 20 total, 4 attempts and 16 sent:

Fasted all day today, just some lemon water and cinnamon this morning. 36 hours fasting done at midnight tonight!
Thursday - Ride to ruins at 6:50 am with Corey, but still waterfasting so I was slow and had to walk. Told him to go ahead (had to get back to take Lily to drivers ed). I was slow but still made it to the ruins (at 1:22) 11.25 miles, 1 hour 51 min. Had one avocado at 9pm.
Friday - Walk and hike this morning. 4.21 miles, 1 hour 58 minutes. It started off as a walk, but then I had to go to the bathroom, and the Bells Canyon bathroom was closest, so I went there, then decided to explored the right lateral moraine of the LCC glacier and find where the trail that I was lost on last time started (Apr 16). I didn't find where it started, but I did get on it again and found where it connected to a different new trail down the north slope! It was really steep, but whoever made it dug into the trail to make dirt stairs down a lot of it, so it was really good! I think I'll go there again cause it was a pretty fun way up to get to the top of the moraine.

Top rope at Ft Union with Corey, did 6, then Corey called and Corey was done, bouldering with

...then Joseph called so Corey was done, so I went and did a few boulders~
