Planks Week 3
Plank time/wheel time
Mon - 1:49/1:11, go me. The planks SUCK and after 45 seconds I'm like dying, but able to hold it, but I'm only making myself hold for 1 second longer each day, which will suck but I think I can do that. I'm pretty proud I did a 70 second wheel again.
Tues - 1:50/1:12 I felt super strong with the wheel on Sat and yesterday, today I struggled and barely got there
