Tuesday - 9 minutes of planks at 4pm and then I got interrupted, finished up 6 more minutes at 10 pm for a total of 15 min. Then did 7 let downs with Hyrum and a 65 second hold
Wednesday - 2 miles in 20 minutes at 7 this morning.Thursday - BFL lower body with Hyrum - 120 walking lunges, 60 calf raises slow, 200 calf burners, 60 deadlifts. 75 second hang (I was dying after 20 seconds, mind over physical pain!)
Friday - 2 miles this morning, 13 min then 20 min break to nurse baby, finished off, total time 19 min
Saturday - shoveled snow for an hour
