Monday - 12 minutes of planks, ate good today, just a few fortune cookies
Tuesday - ate awesome - workout: 4 one minute sprints with walking in between, 40 assisted pull ups, 100 romanian deadlifts with 30 lb dumbbells
Wednesday - 500 mountain climbers at 4 am in my closet. If Owen doesn't start sleeping through the night it is going to be the death of me
Thursday - nothing
Friday - nothing
Saturday - Happy Birthday Joseph! 12 minutes of planks
