Monday - 12 minutes of planks
Tuesday - nothing
Wednesday - nothing
Thursday - New Years Eve, slept over at a friend's cabin. Ate lots of veggies (and lots of chocolate)
Friday - Happy New Year, went skiing - kinda counts as exercise?
Saturday - no workout, but I've been cleaning the house like an animal, it looks AWESOME! Fast Sunday tomorrow, started my fast at 1:00, will end it tomorrow after church gets out at 2pm.
