Nov 10 - 15

Monday - 11am --stretching, deep squats, 60 sec hang, some shoulder presses with 60 reps 2 10lb dumbells, 6 reps 1/25 lb dumbbell

3:45 pm ride, back at 5:13 pm, I'm the local legend on Techy!! woo

And I brought a backpack with pruning clippers and cut my way around the fallen tree. I gave it a go, it works pretty good. On the right then it goes down around the stump.
